I have been a reading and reviewing queen lately. Even taking the time to go back and make sure I have reviewed on Amazon, Goodreads and Bookbub. I found a few I flat out forgot to review. Here are a few recommendations from the books I’ve reviewed recently.
Angel Of Mine by Zane Michaelson

This story is a new writing path for Zane Michaelson. All of his previous series and now this standalone book, have something new and original for the reader. No set theme or mold to fit into, just the telling of a story that flows from his mind to paper.
Angel of Mine made my heart flutter with sadness and joy. A deep story of love and total commitment. It isn’t full of physical love the way some of this authors previous books have been but it is no less romantic. It is full of pure love. Zane Michaelson slowly discloses Gabriella and Angelo story and reached inside my heart. I found myself tearing up in one chapter only to be smiling with the next. I am looking forward to reading it again. I have a feeling the words will take on a different meaning after reading the ending.
Side Note:
The only similarity I have found in Zane Michaelson’s books are the little twists that take you away from the direction you think the book will go. He has a creativity with his stories that keeps you on your toes. I am looking forward to Zane Michaelson’s next book journey not know where it will take his readers.
Destination Wedding by Lily Ryan

This short read is the perfect bedtime book. Lily Ryan did an amazing job drawing me into this story and throwing some super hot and sexy scenes to keep me squirming while turning the pages. I can’t wait to read more by this author.
His Weekend Wife by Rhonda Lee Carver

I reread this story after seeing the new cover Rhonda Lee Carver introduced recently. I forgot how much I loved this story. It’s a second chance at love which isn’t uncommon but Rhonda’s details as to why and how they are getting this second chance just flowed perfectly to make this an amazing read.
Ash is a simple girl who just wants to love the man. Not his money. Declan has the money and the means to care for Ash is a hush class expensive way but that just doesn’t fit her.
I love how Ash works hard for what she want. She is real. Someone I would be friends with.
No spoilers so I just have to say this is a must read.
I really hope Rhonda Lee Carver will write more about the Knight brothers. The series is captivating and leaves me craving lots more from this family of sexy men.
The Lying Game by Mickey Miller

Each time I read a book by Mickey Miller I fall in love with his writing a little more. I said his last book was my favorite but that one has been dethroned by The Lying Game and Lacy and her arrogant basketball star Carter. The back story of these characters is perfect. I can see these two as friends through elementary school and then how they progressed to more in high school. I was rooting for them the whole time. Lacy’s dreams and Carters career seem to be on different paths but I desperately want them to meet somewhere in the middle.
The sexy was hot but the story was what I loved more than anything. Please hurry up and write book 2. I am not as patient as these characters have been their whole lives.

Kristine Dugger has written a story that goes beyond the MC romance. Don’t judge someone by how dresses, their appearance, or their first impression. Get to know the real person. You may find a friend or the love of your life.
Presley and Avery have strong armor surrounding their hearts. Its how they protect themselves. Presley and Avery are not what they project to the outside world. Like I said, looks and first impressions can be deceiving. Once they break the seal around their hearts you learn who they really are.
This story brought me to that ugly cry place which breaks your heart and heals it again with the love story between this unlikely couple.
Book 2 has left me anxious to learn more about the Hells Phoenix-Freedom Riders MC club. Red Recommended
